This accommodation offers all modern facilities with open plan living and dining and is set in the picturesque area of Castlewellan County Down a few minutes drive from the seaside resort of Newcastle.

Sleeps eight comfortably with 4 Double Rooms.

3 Showers and 1 Bath

In addition to being family friendly the cottage is level throughout, suiting anyone with mobility issues and is fully wheelchair accessible. There are ramps to front and side entrances and all doors have 926mm (36”) clear opening.

The fully equipped kitchen is equiped with two sinks, one being a  low level sink with clear space under, making it accessible for wheelchair users.

There are 4 spacious double bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1 is furnished with twin beds, one of which is an electric profile bed. This room is fitted with a ceiling hoist to ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2 is furnished with twin beds
• Bedroom 3 is furnished with a King Bed
• Bedroom 4 is furnished with a Super King  Bed

Bedrooms 3 and 4 have interlinking ensuite wet-room.

All bedrooms have wall-mounted Televisions and spacious storage facilities.

All bathrooms/ensuites are level access wet-rooms. The fully accessible bathroom is equipped with bath, level access shower, raised toilet with drop-down support arm and grab rail, all of which can be accessed by the ceiling hoist if required.

Light switches at 1100mm and electric sockets at 900mm.

The house is accessed by a level, tarmac driveway with large car-parking space and there are ramps to the front and side entrances.
