Set in the rural outskirts of Castlewellan, Co Down, a few minutes drive from the seaside resort of Newcastle, this accommodation offers all modern facilities with open plan living and dining.

The 4 bedrooms sleep 8 comfortably.

In addition the Lodge is level access throughout and is fully wheelchair accessible. There are ramps to front and side entrances and all doors have 926mm (36”) clear opening.

The fully equipped kitchen has 2 sinks, with 1 low-level making it accessible for wheelchair users.

There are 4 spacious double bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1 is furnished with twin beds, one of which is an electric profile bed. This room is fitted with a ceiling hoist to ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2 is furnished with twin beds
• Bedroom 3 is furnished with a King Bed
• Bedroom 4 is furnished with a Super King  Bed

Bedrooms 3 and 4 have interlinking ensuite wet-room.

All bedrooms have wall-mounted Televisions and spacious storage facilities.

All bathrooms/ensuites are level access wet-rooms. The fully accessible bathroom is equipped with bath, level access shower, raised toilet with drop-down support arm and grab rail, all of which can be accessed by the ceiling hoist if required.

Light switches at 1100mm and electric sockets at 900mm.

The house is accessed by a level, tarmac driveway with large car-parking space and there are ramps to the front and side entrances.
